What is the difference between the Puls 8020 and the Puls 8010?
The 8020 has a full seat cushion on top of the plastic shell — offering extra softness and comfort without compromising ergonomics. The 8010 has a fully plastic seat and backrest. Ideal when maximum hygiene is required, such as in cleanrooms or specific hygienic environments.
What is the difference with the HÅG Capisco 8106?
The Capisco 8106 features a soft, fully upholstered seat and backrest — maximum comfort for long working days. The Capisco Puls 8020 has a plastic back: cleaner, lighter and easier to maintain. If you sit more than 3–4 hours continuously, we recommend the 8106.

Is the Puls 8020 suitable for long periods of sitting?
The Puls 8020 is ideal for dynamic use — meetings, flexible workspaces or environments where you frequently change posture. If you sit more than 3–4 hours continuously, we recommend the HÅG Capisco 8106 for extra comfort thanks to its fully upholstered backrest.
How quickly is the chair delivered and what does shipping cost?
Made-to-order configurations have a delivery time of 4–6 weeks. Need it sooner? Check our in-stock models — delivered within a few working days. You’ll receive a tracking link once the chair ships.
Shipping is free in Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany and across Europe. Exact shipping costs for your country are calculated at checkout.
Can I return the chair if I’m not satisfied?

Is the seat cushion replaceable?
Yes. The cushion is removable and can be ordered separately as a replacement part. As an official HÅG dealer, we also supply all original parts — gas lifts, castors, armrests and upholstery covers. Contact us for samples and availability.
How do I maintain the plastic backrest?
Clean regularly with a damp cloth or sponge using lukewarm water.
